Mehrali Qasimi, Balkh university computer science faculty (Afghanistan)

Abstract

I am an afghan student and I newly graduated from computer science faculty of Balkh university so I found that more the 60% of Afghan people are illiterate among this percentage about 30% of them know a little writing and reading but about 35% of them don’t know how to read and how to write the best way to improve education in Afghanistan is teaching via technology or online teaching so most people of Afghanistan haven’t access to internet in this case we can’t teach student’s via internet or online websites but there is a best way to improve Education in Afghanistan which is teaching via Television.
So as I know and as I researched about 90% of Afghan people have TV either they live in city or far villages or and they see TV program and I think this is the best way to improve Education in Afghanistan.
The best way to do this program is Making new TV channel’s or adding new program’s to TV Channels which be such an entertainment and be Useful for them to learn new things at least they can learn how to read and how to write.
