Mary Brennan

Mary Brennan is a Specialist Professor in the School of Education, Department of Special Education at Monmouth University in New Jersey, USA. She graduated with a degree in Special Education with an additional certification as a Learning Disabilities-Consultant from Lehman College in New York, USA. Mary Brennan has been an administrator and instructor at the college level for over 25 years.
Professor Brennan has presented at local, regional and international conferences. She has published articles in the areas of adult education, special education of the blind and visually impaired, integrating technology and online instruction and now the role of mentoring novice teachers.
Professor Brennan teaches graduate and undergraduate special education courses with a focus on preparing teachers in the field of special education. Professor Brennan is a clinical Supervisor for Student Teachers during their internship semester. In addition, she also serves as the Coordinator for the Learning Disabilities Teacher-Consultant program at Monmouth University.
