New Perspectives in Science Education

Roberta Cardarello is full professor of General Didactic at the Department of Education and human Sciences in the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia (IT) .

Member of scientific committee of Italian Society of Teaching Research (Sird) , she is also committee member of the editorial board of journals (Italian Journal of Educational Research) and academic books.

Her main research areas are the educational processes involved in the following topics: promoting children’s reading and reading comprehension; the mass media experience (tv, comics and movies); cognitive processes in creativity, and teachers education.
