New Perspectives in Science Education

John Oversby is a specialist in science education research, climate change education, international teacher development and history and philosophy in science teaching. He has specific expertise in visualisation and chemical education research. He is Convenor of the long-running PALAVA teacher researcher action research group (PALAVA.wikispaces.com). Recent research includes the role of diagrams in science learning, STEM for justice, and collaboration in education research. He is the West Europe Board member for the International Organisation for Science and Technology Education (IOSTE) and Science Special Interest Group Convenor for the British Education Research Association (BERA).
