The registration deadlines listed above refer to the date of the payment.
It is possible to register in the conference as:
Authors of Papers
Authors willing to participate in the conference with a presentation (speech, poster or virtual presentation) are required to submit an abstract. Authors of accepted abstracts will receive an email from the conference secretariat with the information for both the full papers’ submission and the registration procedure.
Contributions will be published on the conference proceedings and included in the Conference Programme if at least one of the authors of the accepted abstract has registered before 20 January 2017.
Please notice that all authors willing to participate in the conference need to pay their Registration Fee.
Participants in the Event
The Registration Fee includes:
- Admission to all conference’s sessions
- Possibility to present one paper OR one poster
- Conference bag
- Certificate of Attendance as a speaker
- Lunches and coffee breaks for the two conference days
- Access to the computer area and Wi-fi
- Special rates for accommodation at the Grand Hotel Mediterraneo

A cancellation fee of EUR 50 will be charged in case of cancellation before 20 February 2017.
Cancellations made after 20 February 2017 will not be entitled to a refund.
All refunds will be made after the conference.
