Abstract

Nowadays we see how fast education  system  changes  throughout  the world , and  how important  the smart classes and the use of  technology there are. By  foreseeing these changes and  thinking how she can take place in the future world conjuncture, Turkey started the ‘FATİH’ and ‘EBA’ projects. She has transferred education into digital media via smart boards , rapid internet and by distributing tablets to the students instead of books. Turkey aims to raise active students who realize the importance of designing a project, and are aware of the existence of the smart classes within the educational process, and who also search and examine. We know very well that one can have a good future with a good education. Within this rapid change , our project  aims to enable both the student and the teacher to keep pace with needs of the era and developed society. Besides , it will train teachers who use the technology well , educate in smart classes and  are capable of leading and guiding the students. Our project will be active at all schools in Konya province. All schools will work diligently within this educational system by working with a project, having an e-twinning project , living together with foreign partners and foreign cultures and at the end of the project realizing that their motivation has increased when they are awarded with National quality label and European Quality label. Today, the world is discussing ‘Generation X-Y and Z. Generation X covers people born between the mid 1960’s and the early 1980’s, Generation Y of people born between the 1980’s and the year 2000, while Generation Z is the name given to children born after the year 2000 (2000-2020). 70 percent of the educators compose of Generation X, and 17 percent of them are Generation Z Internet. Training of these people is challenging and complicated. For this reason, we have decided to design this project as we really need that teachers develop and update their own knowledge and skills.
