Abstract
This paper presents possibilities for integrating technologies for the inclusion of people with disabilities in the perspective of human rights education. More specifically, it examines the use of information and communication technologies for the management of schooling and the teaching-learning process for the inclusion of persons with disabilities in education. Brazilian society is currently constitutionally linked to the ideal of universal access to education for all levels of the population. In this universalization, for people with disabilities, there is a clear difficulty in following all the processes of schooling and educational inclusion, from the definition of teaching methodologies to be applied, didactic and curricular structures to the systems of evaluation of learning. That is, we are experiencing the paradigm of inclusion with all its diversity, but without models and tools to monitor the real effectiveness of the teaching-learning relationship. This work identifies possibilities of contribution of the digital technologies of information and communication to contribute in this process of inclusive education in Brazil with the following characteristics: virtual, collaborative, shared, open and free.
