Abstract
Juan de Castellanos University has played a leading role in the training of teachers over the past 25 years, particularly in the perspective of educational play. This approach makes it easier for teachers from different regions of the country to generate innovative proposals in which they incorporate the play component into their different practices. It is understood that the playful as a human dimension affects educational processes in a positive way, because of its need for development, the teacher incorporates the playful act as a mediating action in the transformation of pedagogical practices to overcome activism. The paper seeks to show the impact the program has had in the country, making visible the proposals that have appeared in different regions and highlighting those that, due to their social impact, use the ludic component as pedagogical and educational mediation. It is expected that this exercise in which some of the most significant works of the students (practicing teachers) are characterized in a preliminary way allows to identify the implemented strategies and as a whole the perception of the play field in Colombia in terms of practice of education and the possible differences according to the regions and cultures of the country. It is also expected to generate work networks and international cooperation to strengthen research and its impact on education in Colombia.
