The Future of Education

There are many challenges faced in this modern day regarding education—there have been economic, social and environmental challenges. In this contemporary dispensation, education is taking the most crucial aspect of every society. In a country, for its development to be made significant education takes a very pertinent space. Hence, when we talk about education, we will understand that technological advancement has made education very easy. These advancements in technology have been bringing invaluable precedence to the development of the society. To have a good job one needs a quality education that distinguishes one. Therefore, this study investigates the future of education and the role that technology will play in its development. Although, the future of education might seem uncertain; difficult to make an accurate prediction of what the future will bring, but it is imperative to be ready and prepared for what the future brings us. The study examines the attitudes, knowledge, skills and values that we need to shape the future of education. It also elucidates how technology will develop the skills, knowledge and value for a worthwhile growth of education in the future. This study intends to give answer to several questions that might possibly arise in the course of the study. The methodology for this study is qualitative—applying content analysis.
