Glenda Galeotti, PhD, is Professor in General Pedagogy at University of Florence. In 2005, Glenda Galeotti graduated in Education Sciences at University of Florence. In 2007, she obtained Masters in Human Local Development, Culture of Peace, International Cooperation, University of Florence, and funded by the UNDP-UNOPS ART Program. In 2011, she received Ph.D. in Quality of Education.

From 2011, Glenda Galeotti is Post-doc researcher at Department of Education and Psychology. She participated in different research project at local, European and international level, among which:
- 2015-2016: Impact evolution of education methodology for minority inclusion trough arts (Meta Project Erasmus Plus KA3-2015-2018)
- 2015: Pedagogical perspective on women and local development, secondment at Universidade do Estato de Santa Carterina Brazil, FP7-PEOPLE-2013-IRSES-GOVDIV - Multilevel governance of cultural diversity in a comparative perspective: EU-Latin America;
- 2014/2016: Research on innovation of teaching for learning of soft skills in secondary schools of Florence and province of Arezzo
- 2015: Training for teacher of secondary school innovation of teaching for learning entrepreneurial skills and soft skills
- 2011-2014: Connecting generation: Intergenerational learning for a more inclusive Europe, LLP Grundvig Program of European Commission
For seven years (2007-2015), she collaborated with the Transdisciplinary UNESCO Chair in Human Development and the Culture of Peace, established at the Department of Education and Psychology, University of Florence. She carried out research with participatory methodologies, in Italy an in the international cooperation projects in Central America and Africa.
