The Future of Education

Andrea Gallant is an Associate Professor at Deakin University Burwood. Andrea is an active researcher in the field of Education. Her particularly research foci are: the enactment of leadership and its impact on staff, early career teacher attrition, aspirant women leaders, mentoring, and the working lives of teachers. Andrea has recently been involved in developing a professional learning and development programme for teachers who are engaged in team teaching. This programme was funded by the Department of Education and Training (in Victoria- Australia).
