Dr. Meryem Fati is an assistant professor, Head of General Science department, and International Relations office director at gulf University- kingdom of Bahrain. She has been teaching for more than ten years. Her areas of expertise are: Applied Linguistics, education, Development of Cultural Awareness in Language classes, Translation Studies and English language and Culture. Dr. Meryem Fati has been awarded the Fulbright Scholarship in 2012 and was a scholar at Kansas University-USA. Also, she has been awarded many awards from the Ministry of education- Morocco.
Dr. Meryem has a PHD in Applied Linguistics and Educational Sciences. She investigated the development of Cultural Awareness and Higher education language Classrooms in Morocco. She has published many papers in the educational field and participated in National and International conferences.
