The Future of Education

Jaron Daniël Schoone studied philosophy at the VU University of Amsterdam. He then worked for six years as a philosopher of science at one of the most prestigious law firms in the Netherlands: Knoops' lawyers. During that time he developed a love for teaching and decided to become a high school teacher. Simultaneously, Mr. Schoone received several opportunities to do academic research, which has focused on meta-ethics. These include two years as a teacher with research tasks and two years as a member of an Academic Workspace in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

Mr. Schoone is currently working on a PhD at the University of Amsterdam on the topic of moral subjectivism in secondary education. He has written two books with his students on philosophy and education.
