The Future of Education

Esin Tezbaşaran is the head of Measurement and Evaluation in Education Division of Educational Sciences Department in İstanbul University Hasan Ali Yücel Education Faculty. She is also an instructor in the same department.

Esin graduated in Statistics from the Middle East Technical University in 1994. She got the master degree in the field of Measurement and Evaluation in Education from Hacettepe University and then she got the Phd degree in the same field from Mersin University.
From 1998 to 2004 she worked in Research, Planning, and Coordination Council in the Ministry of National Education. In this period, She worked as an expert in some international projects: OECD-Indicators of Educational Systems, UNESCO-Education for all 2000 assessment Turkey Report. From 2006 to 2014 she worked as an instructor in Mersin University then she is transferred to İstanbul University.
