The Future of Education

Tithchanbunnamy (Namy) Lor is a scholar from Cambodia, currently enrolled in a PhD course, in Charles Darwin University, with her project focusing on the link between community and policy in education. Technology is an important aspect of the study as the concept of community keeps on changing and this change needs to be captured if education is to address the needs of modern contexts. Namy Lor holds a Master of Education (Research) from Charles Darwin University, Australia. He MEd study addressed Factors impacting on school retention rates of lower secondary school female students in rural Cambodia and ways forward: A case study. Previously, in years 2010 –2012, she completed Master of Business Administration at Build Bright University, Cambodia. 2005 - 2009 Bachelor of Education in English at the Royal University of Phnom Penh. In 2016 Namy was a Research Associate at the Cambodia Development Resource Institute (CDRI).
