Sonja Klante is an editor of the online learning portal OWL. This portal aims at a new approach for the professional development of adult educators. The project is developed by the German Institute for Adult Education and funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research.
Sonja graduated in Education Science at the University of Münster and completed a Coaching-Training in Hamburg.
Sonja worked as a trainer for volunteers for the honorary-centre in Münster and several non-profit-organisations. After that she supported young adults with different disabilities during their training-on-the-job.
Right now Sonja develops learning content and tasks for an online learning portal (OWL) that helps and supports adult educators to improve their teaching and motivates them to educate themselves.
Sonja also works as a Coach to support women to find out what makes them full and their lives rich and unique. Her job is to get to the heart of the matter and to ask questions that encourage them to think about their priorities.
