The Future of Education

Martin Steber is a research associate at the German Institute for Adult Education. He is working in different projects dealing with the improvement of learning conditions in e-learning environments. Since 2017, he has been developing content for a learning platform for the professionalization of adult education staff. This includes the development of concepts for technical implementation, taking into account motivational aspects. He is also developing a blended-learning course for Heritage interpreters for the EU project "Delphi".

The certified adult educator (Train the Trainer) also has many years of experience in topics like communication and conflict management. His focus is on the translation of the good experiences gained from his classroom courses into online learning environments.
