Lambri Trisokka is an education professional dedicated to improving the standards of Education for All. Her substantive research interests lie in the area of (a) school leadership, management and innovation; (b) job satisfaction, extra effort and effectiveness of education professionals; (c) educational leadership development in centralised and decentralised educational systems; (d) entrepreneurial education administration; (e) action research for strategic planning, assessment and feedback controls for educational reform/quality; (f) headship profiles in different sociocultural contexts across the world; (g) basic skills of educational leaders in various action levels (classroom, school, educational system); (h) culture-universal and culture-specific conceptualisations of school leadership behaviours; (i) quality, consistency and excellence in teaching and learning; (j) school effectiveness and improvement; (k) all-day schooling -across Europe; (l) social and cultural contexts of childhood; (m) mixed research methodologies; (n) language syntax, style and grammatical norms; (o) learning and teaching styles in foreign and second language teaching; (p) inclusive and intercultural education; (q) how to be a successful leader in an ethnically, linguistically and culturally diverse classroom/school/educational system; (r) forming friendships and peer relationships in multicultural environments, and (s) Social Network Research and Social Network Analysis.

She has been teaching Greek as a Second Language to Immigrant Children in Primary School of Agia Napa-Antonis Tsokkos (CY), since September 2017, after gaining school teaching, academic lecturing, mentoring/supervising and researching experience from the UK, Cyprus, and the USA. Being an in-service primary school teacher since September 2017, she also coordinates the European Programmes for her school to participate in (eTwinning partnerships, Erasmus+ Projects).

Furthermore, she is a Scientific Collaborator of the Department of Education Sciences/School of Arts and Education Sciences, at the European University of Cyprus. She is also a co-researcher on a Marie-Sklodowska Curie funded project, examining the social interactions, dynamics and friendship networks of children in schools in different countries (USA, UK, Cyprus, Switzerland, Spain and many more). The team is working on a Social Network Analysis (SNA) toolkit that was created from scratch, to enable educational professionals understand the social dynamics within their settings, and help eliminate phenomena of loneliness, rejection or neglect amongst their pupils.

Lambri has also served, at a national level, as a Compulsory and Voluntary All-Day Schools Coordinator/Consultant in the Department of Primary Education, at the Ministry of Education and Culture, in Cyprus, from August 2013 to September 2017. Additionally, she has served as the Headteacher of a Supplementary Greek School in the UK (Greek School of Coventry) and has extensive experience in teaching both English and Greek as a Second/Foreign Language, and also producing material for second language teaching. Moreover, she has served as a Quality Framework Mentor (National Resource Centre for Supplementary Education, London, UK), working along with migrant/disadvantaged student population in various-nationality schools in the UK, both state and private, and has done research within the field. She has presented her work in numerous international conferences and symposia, and has published extensively in her areas of expertise.
