Federica Caboni

Federica Caboni is Research Fellow in Business Administration at the Department of Economic and Business Science, University
of Cagliari.
Federica graduated in Management from the University of Cagliari in 2010. Federica earned her Ph.D. (with the Doctor
Europaeus Label Award) in Business Administration in 2014.
In the A.Y. 2016- 2017 she taught in the Organization Social Responsibility course at the University of Cagliari.
Federica has carried out research and teaching activities at European universities: Visiting PhD Candidate at Stockholm
University, School of Business, Marketing Section. STOPP Group “Stockholm Programme of Place Branding” - Prof. Per Olof Berg;
Visiting Scholar and Lecturer at University of Gothenburg, School of Business, Economics and Law. Centre for Retailing and the
Marketing Section, Department of Business Administration. Göteborg - Prof. Johan Hagberg; Permanently involved throughout
2018, in the Centre for Retailing, Department of Business Administration, University of Gothenburg, School of Business,
Economics and Law, Department of Business Administration as a Visiting Researcher; Research collaboration with the Swedish
Institute for Innovative retailing, University of Boras, for the organization of the first Digital Retail Conference in Cagliari (2019)
and other research project related to the topic of retailing and new technologies.
Federica is member of several associations: International Place Association (IPBA), Regional Studies Association (RSA), and
several Italian Management Association (SIM – SIMA – AIDEA).
In 2012 she won the research award Italienska Kulturinstitutet C.M. Lerici, Stockholm, Sweden.
Federica has attended as presenter at several conferences including ITAIS (2016), Sinergie (2013, 2016); DBM Conference (2012),
IABPAD (2012), QMOD (2012), EGOS conference (2011).
