Ernestina Giudici is full professor of Management and Business Communication at the University of Cagliari (Italy)
Ernestina graduated in Business Administration from the University of Cagliari in 1973. Since then, she has played the entire
career at the University of Cagliari holding numerous positions:
- Member of the Department of Economic and Business Science Council (2015 to present)
- Member of the University of Cagliari Board of Directors (2012-2015)
- Dean of the Faculty of Economics (2010-2012)
- Coordinator of the Doctoral course in Business Administration (2009-2010)
- President of the degree course in Business Economics (2008-2010)
- Head of the Ce.Ma.Pros. (Centre for technological Innovation) (2008-2010)
- Head of Jean Monnet Module (2004-2008)
- President of the degree course in Management of tourism services (1998-2003)
- Coordinator of the Master in Management of the Tourism Organizations (2002-2003)

(2013, 2014, 2015), Academy of Management (each year from 2008 to present), HETL Conference (2014), On-Sustainability
