Hana Navrátilová has an MA degree in the Faculty of Education in Ostrava, study field Teaching Czech Language and French Language for the 2nd grade of primary schools and secondary schools (2003). Now she is studying PhD study programme in Pedagogy at Masaryk University in Brno (since 2013). She has been working as a lector at Tomas Bata University in Zlín, Faculty of Humanities, Department of School Education since 2013. Actually she is also a Secretary of Department of School Education.
Hana Navrátilová is a member of EARLI (European Association for Research on Learning and Instruction) and OMEP (Organisation Mondiale pour l´Éducation Préscolaire). She also continues working in Czech Pedagogical Society, since this year she is the chair of Zlín branch. Her research activities have been covering mainly the area of classroom communication and beginning teacher.
