Denise Dragos is an Assistant Professor in the Cyber Security Systems Program at St. John's University, NY, USA. She formerly worked as a Manager in the New York City office of KPMG’s U.S. Forensic Advisory Services. She has also worked as a private computer security consultant and is a retired New York City Police Department cyber Detective. Denise specializes in network security, information assurance, incident response, and digital forensics.
Denise Dragos earned a MS in Information Systems, with a concentration in Information Assurance and Computer Security, and a BS in Computer Science from Pace University. She is currently ABD in Pace’s Doctorate in Professional Studies in Computing program. She holds CISSP, SANS GSEC Gold, GCIH, and GREM certifications as well as the Security+.
