Vladislava Pacheva graduated in Intellectual Property from the University of National and World Economy (UNWE) in 2010. Since then, for the last 12 years, she has constantly been working in the field of intellectual property.
Vladislava Pacheva is an assistant professor at the Department of Intellectual Property and Technology Transfer at the Faculty of Business, UNWE. In December 2021 she obtained a doctorate and successfully defended her dissertation on "PATENT POLICY OF COMPANIES IN INNOVATION INDUSTRIES". For the period March 2018 - February 2022 she is a part-time lecturer at the Department of Intellectual Property and Technology Transfer (formerly the Department of Creative Industries and Intellectual Property). She teaches lecture courses in Patent Policy and Licensing, Unfair Competition, Intellectual Property and Intellectual Property Management. Vladislava Pacheva is an Industrial Property Representative at the Patent Office of the Republic of Bulgaria and a European Trademark and Design Representative at the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).
