Simone Sporer-Fellner is a senior lecturer for Human Factors at the Institute of Aviation at FH JOANNEUM University of Applied Sciences in Graz, Austria.

In 2017, she published a book by Springer, Decision Making and Mental Workload in Pilots – Flight Simulation Using Landing Approach Scenarios (Entscheidungsverhalten und mentale Beanspruchung von Piloten – Flugsimulation anhand von Landeanflugszenarien). In addition, she is interested in the subject area of communication, which she also teaches in social skills training.
