Yuetong Wang is majoring in English at Wenzhou-Kean University with a strong interest in teaching, education, and language learning. She has actively participated in various academic projects, student activities, and volunteer work to build both academic knowledge and practical skills.
She was awarded the Dean’s Scholarship and received the Student Research Day Outstanding Award at Wenzhou-Kean University for her presentation at the Student Research Day. She also competed in the English Public Speaking Contest, showcasing her communication skills. In addition, she received an Honorable Mention in the Writing Center’s Mixed Medium Writing Competition in May 2025.
She has been chosen as a researcher in the Student Partnering Faculty (SpF) research project for the 2024–2025 academic year, focusing on the influence of gamified vocabulary teaching on Chinese English language learners in primary schools.
Her creative work has been recognized with Third Place Awards in both the 2023 and 2024 Library Photography Competitions. She was also an active participant in the 2024 Travel Writing Contest.
Dedicated to volunteer service, she has contributed to some activities, served as a volunteer for the 37th Campus Cultural & Art Festival Photography Project organized by the local Education Bureau, and participated in the voluntary activity for Wenzhou-Kean University’s Three-in-One Examination. She was also honored with the “Outstanding Achievement” during the 2024 and 2025 Alumni Campus Visit Activity for her engagement.
In addition to her volunteer work, she is an active member of the university’s Student Publicity Club and serves as a student representative in the English Major Organization, frequently taking on leadership and communication roles within student-led initiatives.
