Dr. Qiang FU, is currently working as Deputy Director at Institute of Technical Education, Singapore. He holds Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) Degree awarded by University of Canberra, Australia, Master of Arts Degree conferred by Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and obtained Master of Education and Bachelor of Science Degree previously. He teaches at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore and Singapore University of Social Science on part-time basis and is a highly sought after speaker in the area of innovation management as well as education management research. He has presented and/or published papers in USA, UK, Italy, Spain, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, China, and Hong Kong.
