Scott teaches on a number of modules throughout the LLB Hon Degree. Scott has a diverse skill set which allows him to diverge into array of legal and nonlegal modules.
Scott undertook his degree in Law (LLB Hons) from the University of Sunderland gaining a first-class degree, and a higher national diploma as a paralegal. Scott then furthered his education prowess by obtaining a master’s in international public law (LLM) from Newcastle University and Doctor of Philosophy (PHD) from the Open University.
Scott has presented at number of domestic (UK) and international conferences and undertakes original research of “abstract” areas of law. Scott is a qualified mediator in commercial and employment disputes and draws upon years of experience.
Scott has taught in further education and higher education since 2017 and has won a number of awards for his teaching style, research and pedagogical approaches.
Scott is also an external examiner at SOLENT University and the University of Northampton.
