PhD (c) Edona Haxhija has been a full-time lecturer at AAB College in Pristina, Kosovo, since September 2019, and also serves as a part-time lecturer at the University of Shkodra "Luigj Gurakuqi", Shkodra, Albania. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from the University of Shkodra and a Second-Level Scientific Master’s degree in Nursing from the University of Medicine, Tirana. Currently, she is in the second year of her PhD studies in Social and Behavioral Sciences.
PhD (c) Haxhija has extensive professional experience in both public and private healthcare sectors, including her role as a Public Health Specialist. She teaches various nursing-related subjects such as First Aid, Nursing Care in Pain Management, Diagnostic-Therapeutic Programs, Thesis Supervision, and Preoperative Care.
Since 2019, she has authored several academic publications. Her research interests include nursing education, the professional development of nursing students, and improving the quality of healthcare services.
