Cristiana Cardinali is a postdoctoral research fellow in Education at LUMSA University in Rome. She holds a PhD in Cognitive and Educational Sciences from Ca’ Foscari University of Venice.
Her academic and teaching work focuses on pedagogical innovation in higher education, with specific interest in blended learning models, competence-based curriculum design, and faculty development. She is involved in national and EU-funded projects dedicated to the digital transformation of academia, including Italy’s PNRR–EDUNEXT initiative.
