Kristina Kondrotiene is Head of the AI and Robotics Laboratory, Coordinator of the Gifted Children Education Center GIFTED,
Academy of Education, Vytautas Magnus University.
Kristina has completed pedagogical bachelor’s and master’s studies in the field of humanities. Kristina has educational and scientific experience in various institutions, working as a teacher, school principal, lecturer. Her experience includes development of training programs for children, education of gifted children, educational leadership and communication strategies.
At the Artificial Intelligence and Robotics Laboratory, Kristina is responsible for the successful operation of the laboratory in three areas: practical activities for students, scientific research, and education for children and teachers from schools in the city and region.
Kristina is involved in several projects, including Teachers Training Program to Support Gifted and Talented Students, project Reference No.: 2021-1-LT01-KA220-SCH-000027713 (Project researcher).
Areas of expertise: early school education, personalized learning, inclusive education, interdisciplinary collaboration, special education.
