Didem Kılıç is an Assistant Professor at Aksaray University.
She received her PhD degree in Biology Education from the Hacettepe University in 2010. Between 2002 to 2010 years, she worked as a research assistant at the department of Biology Education at Hacettepe University and she is now based at the Aksaray University Faculty of Education in Turkey.
Her current research is included into the framework of teacher education. Specifically, her research focuses on pre-service teachers' professional development. Other issues which she is also interested in are conceptual understanding and reasoning, particularly in science education.
