Dr. Eyal Doron is a researcher, author and corporate lecturer with expertise in developing creativity, leadership skills and readiness for the 21st century. His post-doctorate focuses on developing new models for enhancing creativity, resourcefulness and self-worth. Based on insights from disciplines of philosophy, psychology, behavioral science and media studies, and following examples of extraordinary individuals and forward-thinking organizations worldwide, He has developed tools and principles that help individuals realize a creative worldview in all aspects of life in general and in the workplace, specifically.
For the past decade, has worked with leading executives as well as children and teens.
He is the founder of SEISEI, which works with children, gifted pupils, educational establishments, teens, at-risk youth and parents, and, as of 2016, has an outreach of 12,500 children, from a variety of populations in Israel.
SEISEI is a unique method dedicated to fostering creativity, resourcefulness, and personal skills for children & youths. In an unpredictable ever changing technological world, it is imperative to prepare children to be creative, innovative and initiating, to be resourceful, flexible, as well as to be able to enjoy experience and observe their surroundings. SEISEI's goal is to raise a young generation of entrepreneurs, trailblazers and creators.
Doron is currently Head of the Interdisciplinary division of Psychology and Philosophy at the School of Psychology at the IDC, Herzliya. He is also running special workshops for students in the new MA program in Social Psychology. Doron also heads the "Creativity in Action" Executive Program at the IDC, Herzliya. He served as a consultant with the Israeli Ministry of Education’s division of gifted and outstanding students and has worked with school principals, teachers and students.
He created two documentaries for Israel's Channel 2 on the future of professions and the future of education.
