Chiara Marchetta is a EU project designer and manager at FORMA.Azione srl, a provider working at European, national and regional level in vocational training and adult learning, and a consultancy company in the field of HR management and business organization.
Chiara graduated in Communication Studies at the University of Siena in 2003, then she got a Master Degree in Communication Theories and Techniques of Persuasive Languages in 2006, gaining a specific expertise in Cognitive Sciences and Social Marketing. She is also trained as UNI EN ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems Lead auditor since 2007.
In 2004 she started working as designer and manager of EU-funded projects in education and training sector.
From 2004 to 2011 she worked as in a civil society organisation, designing and managing ESF-funded training activities, and coordinating the reference staff. From 2011 to 2018 she worked in a consortium of higher education institutions and enterprises, improving her competences also with reference to European and international projects in the field of research, school education, youth, adult education and Vocational Education and Training. From 2011 to 2018 she also developed ad-hoc training and development projects for SMEs. In 2019 she joined the FORMA.Azione team, and she currently works at the International Projects Department.
Chiara is experienced in the design and management of EU-funded projects, as well as in designing and delivering tailored training curricula and activities, with specific reference to empowerment and reactivation of adults at risk of social exclusion, to capacity building of Adult Education providers and networks, inclusive didactics, migrants’ integration, gender policies and active citizenships. So far, she has been involved as project designer and manager in more than 30 projects funded by the European Commission, also as quality and/or dissemination manager.
Areas of expertise: adult education, inclusive didactics, migrants’ integration, active citizenship, training design, groups facilitation, transnational cooperation, EU projects design and management, communication.
