The Future of Education

Serena Montefusco is a Senior Consultant at HSPI S.p.A., part of the TXT Group, a management consulting firm, where she manages and facilitates change processes in the ICT field.  She holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Affairs from John Cabot University in Rome and a Master's Degree in Economics and Communication for Management and Innovation (LM 77) from La Sapienza University in Rome. She is also a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM, Project Management Institute). With over 9 years of experience in Project Management, with an agile, collaborative, proactive, and curious approach, her areas of interest and research are human rights, education and training, and the management of innovation and digital transformation in both public and private sectors. Since January 2026, she has been appointed as Director of Marketing and Communication for the Project Management Institute Central Italy Chapter.
