QR Codes in Action

Abstract

Have you ever thought about using QR Codes with your students to spice up your lessons? They are almost everywhere and all in “action” but they are not being used effectively with students inside and outside classrooms. Have you ever asked why? Have you ever wanted to find about how to create and integrate them into your teaching or blending your teaching with QR Codes? Then, this session will give you the answers to your questions.As teachers we need to start to think outside the box and do our best to add a variety to our lessons. Following the latest trends in educational technology would help as we all live in the Digitalized Age. Therefore, why don't you start using QR codes in your classes in new and creative ways?The aim of the session is to inspire everyone and add another string to their professional bows. By joining me in this session, the participants will be able to combine ease, speed and creativity that will enrich their lessons with the help of these "magical codes". Since these codes serve well for many different purposes we will be looking at options that can be used both inside and outside classroom environment. They will also have a chance to brainstorm and exchange ideas on how to integrate them into one's teaching.
