Nikolin Catalina, APEB (Romania)

Abstract

I will start with a citation from the Evaluators guide:

“If Erasmus+ online platforms are available in the field(s) of the participating organisations: the extent to which the project makes use of Erasmus+ online platforms (eTwinning, EPALE, School Education Gateway, European Youth Portal, EUYouth Strategy Platform) as tools for preparation, implementation and follow-up of the project activities This element refers both to the concrete ways in which digital tools and learning methods are included in the cooperation and the proposed activities, and to the way participants will benefit from blended forms of activities, thus increasing the digital competences and readiness of beneficiaries and participants.

Also nothing about “how to deal with pandemic period” as “best experiences, and useful insights”, actions to take, or examples of possible new event, even a war.

Nothing about thoses practical elements lived and passed by all partnerships, from all countries. Nothing about an evaluation of practices applied and advices in the area.

All partnerships have managed on their own the situation, and performed good, but, why the Central Management, did not mention nothing in this section about “how” will be evaluated also, this kind of modalities of follow up a project, from presential to on-line exclusively, what changes and how is estimated, in which manner change or enrich the projects development, and implications in Gantt activities and accomplishment of mobilities connected with WP?

It must be a rubric, PRECONCEPTIONS where it must be evaluated the futuristic capacity of participants about possible bad events and the planification of works in project accordingly to thoses possible aspects. So called Plan B, just in case of....
