Olga Senichkina

Olga A. Senichkina is a senior lecturer at the Faculty of Foreign Languages, Saint-Petersburg State University, Russia.
Olga Senichkina attained her first degree in Structural Engineering and Technology from Leningrad Institute of Precision Mechanics and Optics in 1991, but then in 2004, she graduated in Philology and Linguistics from St. Petersburg State University. In 2016 she attained Ph.D. in Pedagogy. Since 1994 Olga has been teaching young learners and since 2006 has been working in the field of higher education.
Olga is an expert in teaching General English and ESP for adult students. She also is an item-writer.
Olga has published over 10 articles in the field of English language knowledge testing and methodology of teaching foreign languages.
Areas of expertise: higher education, adult education, vocational training, testology, lingvodidactic testing, Classical Test Theory, Item Response Theory.
