Joseph C. Wood is an associate professor at Nanzan University in Nagoya, Japan. He is the English Program Coordinator for the school's Department of Economics and from 2019-2023 he served as president of the Japan Association for Language Teaching's Nagoya Chapter (Nagoya JALT).
