Graciela Ferreiro is an English professor with over 20 years of experience in teaching at higher education level in the field of Linguistics and Research Methodology. She has also lectured in the Master´s on Education program at Universidad Latina. Ms Ferreiro has also been Head of the English department in two private universities in Costa Rica and has experience in curricular design.
Currently she is a fulltime researcher at the English Department at Universidad Americana and research consultant for the English Department at Universidad Latina de Costa Rica. She is also a capstone project advisor in both UAM and ULatina.
Ms Ferreiro has participated in international conferences, has published several articles about English teaching and research competencies, and has acted as peer reviewer for international journals.
