Graduated in English Language Teaching at the University of Tirana, where she also completed Master's studies in Pedagogy (Faculty of Foreign Languages) as well as Master's in Gender and Development Studies (Faculty of Social Sciences). Further pursued doctoral studies at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Department of Pedagogy, European University of Tirana. Awarded the title of "Docent" and first lecturer in the subject "English Language for Agri-Food Biotechnology" in 2013 and “Doctor of Science” in Pedagogy in 2019.
The area of study and research for around 15 years has been on teaching of English Language for Specific Purposes, Analysis of needs for language and communication, the design of teaching programs of the subject English Language for Specific Purposes, both for academic and professional purposes, CLIL implementation in ESP, etc. She has published more than 20 articles, a good part of them in reputable journals. Participant in more than 25 regional and international conferences as well as in professional trainings . Also participant in the project of the Council of Europe implemented by the European Center of Modern Languages (ECML) where she provided expertise regarding the needs for English language for employment purposes.
As a lecturer, she teaches the "English Language" module at the Faculty of Economics and Agribusiness, the Faculty of Agri- Food Biotechnology, at the Agricultural University of Tirana and “English for ICT” at the Faculty of Natural Sciences, University of Tirana.
