Authors of Papers

Authors willing to participate in the conference with a presentation (speech, poster or virtual presentation) are required to submit an abstract. Authors of accepted abstracts will receive an email from the conference secretariat with the information for both the full papers’ submission and the registration procedure.
Contributions will be published on the conference proceedings and included in the Conference Programme if at least one of the authors of the accepted abstract has registered before 19 September 2018.
Please notice that all authors willing to participate in the conference need to pay their Registration Fee.

The registration deadlines listed above refer to the date of the payment.


The Registration Fee includes:

  • Admission to all conference’s sessions
  • Possibility to present one paper OR one poster
  • Conference bag
  • Certificate of Attendance as a participant
  • Lunches and coffee breaks for the two conference days
  • Access to the computer area and Wi-fi
  • Special rates for accommodation (Grand Hotel Mediterraneo)

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, please email the Conference Secretariat at [email protected]
A cancellation fee of EUR 100 will be charged in case of cancellation before 15 September 2018.
Cancellations made after 15 September will not be entitle to a refund.
All refunds will be made after the conference.
