Authors of Papers

Authors willing to participate in the conference with a presentation (speech, poster or virtual presentation) are required to submit an abstract. Authors of accepted abstracts will receive an email from the conference secretariat with the information for both the full papers’ submission and the registration procedure.
Contributions will be published on the conference proceedings and included in the Conference Programme if at least one of the authors of the accepted abstract has registered before
24 September 2019.
Please notice that all authors willing to participate in the conference need to pay their Registration Fee.

*VAT Application

The Registration Fee for Oral and Poster presenters includes:

  • Admission to all conference’s sessions
  • Possibility to present the full paper through an oral or poster presentation
  • Conference Proceedings (with ISBN and ISSN) in electronic version.
  • Conference bag
  • Certificate of Attendance
  • 2 Lunches: 1 each conference day
  • 4 coffee breaks: 2 each conference day
  • Closing Cocktail: at the end of the second conference day
  • Access to the computer area and Wi-fi
  • Special rates for accommodation (Grand Hotel Mediterraneo)

The Registration Fee for Virtual presenters includes:

  • Video with the presentation of the paper
  • Virtual Presentation uploaded on the conference web site
  • Conference Programme in electronic version
  • Conference Proceedings (with ISBN and ISSN) in electronic version
  • Certificate of Participation in electronic version

All conference material will be sent via email after the conference.

Payment can be made via:

  • Credit Card, following the procedure described on the welcome page in your reserved area
  • Bank transfer. Please find bank account details below

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, please email the Conference Secretariat at [email protected]
A cancellation fee of EUR 100 will be charged in case of cancellation before 5 September 2019.
Cancellations made after 5 September will not be entitle to a refund.
All refunds will be made after the conference.
