Innovation in Language Learning

Dr Oana Maria Carciu is a lecturer in English Language and TEFL in the Faculty of Social Sciences and Education, University of Zaragoza, Spain. She received her PhD in English Studies in 2014 and published research on the interpersonal dimension of research writing for publication from an intercultural perspective. Her current work seeks to apply quantitative and qualitative methods to the study of digital genres for science communication. Her research interests also include teacher education, with a focus on the design of learning experiences that that involve the use of digital multimodal texts in the educational context and enable students to act as social agents.
