Innovation in Language Learning

María Isabel Jiménez González studied English Philology at the Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha (Spain) and has worked as a teacher in several high schools and universities in Spain, what leads to more than fifteen years of experience in teaching English at different levels. María Isabel also holds a PhD in English Philology and her area of study is nineteenth-century American literature, focusing on Edgar Allan Poe. She has attended several conferences, in Spain and abroad, and has published many articles and book chapters on Poe's science fiction, among other topics such as English teaching/learning, ICT, children's literature, etc.
