Since 2009, José Ferreira-Bautista is a physics teacher at Simon Bolivar University, but he also has some previous experience as a physics teacher in high school. He owns a Master's degree in Education specialized in Physics Teaching.
Currently, he is a PhD student in Education at University of Lleida, Spain, where he is collaborating with the research group COnTIC. His main research areas are related to collaborative learning, the use of ICT, and the development of scientific skills in the physics teaching.
