Ms. Ruta Grigaliunaite – Project Manager, CESIE. She has a Master’s Degree in Human Rights and Conflict Management from Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna, Pisa, Italy, a Bachelor’s Degree in Cultural Management from Vilnius University, Lithuania.
Since January 2016 Ruta has been working as a Project Manager at CESIE being responsible for the overall management of several projects in the fields of education and human rights.
She has knowledge and skills in needs analysis developed through her professional experience working with projects in the field of education. Also, she has experience as a researcher in conducting a research on refugees situation in Lithuania, as well as developing a methodology of Peace History that is a tool used for conflict transformation.
The field of expertise covers: non-formal education, entrepreneurship, human rights, conflict transformation and community building programmes.
