Sandro Bardelli is a permanent Astronomer of the INAF-Astrophysical Observatory and
Space Science. His research focussed on the Observational Cosmology: in particular
on the Large Scale Structure of the Universe, Dark Matter and Dark Energy and
Galaxy Evolution. He used for these researches telescopes from ground (ESO-VLT) and from space (HST, XMM, Chandra..).
He is deeply involved in the public outreach of his institute and organized public events
(like the European Researcher Night), public talks and lectures in the schools.
