Dr. Nino Karkadze is an Assistant Professor at Samtskhe-Javakheti State University, specializing in Interdisciplinary Education Administration and Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). Currently, she serves as the Head of the English-language Program in Business Administration at Tbilisi International University.
