New Perspectives in Science Education

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Elena Ignatova Savova is a scholar and practitioner in the field of library and information science and Director of the Library and Information Center at the University of Library Studies and Information Technologies (ULSIT) in Sofia, Bulgaria. She combines academic teaching, research, and strategic leadership in the development of modern library services. Her research interests include library management, information and algorithmic literacy, and innovative educational technologies. She is the author of numerous scientific publications and actively participates in national and international research initiatives focused on advancing academic libraries and improving access to knowledge in the digital age.
