New Perspectives in Science Education

Barbora Škarková is a student of master's degree program of Biology and Geography in education at the Faculty of Science, Charles University. She completed a bachelor's degree in the same study program in 2017. Barbora is currently working on a diploma thesis on topic Project based learning.

Barbora completed the bachelor's degree program at the Faculty of Science, Charles University. She studied biology and geography with a focus on education. Her bachelor thesis was on the topic: Causes current incidence of thyroid carcinoma.

Currently, she continues to study at the Faculty of Science, Charles University in master's degree program Biology and geography with a focus on education. She works on diploma thesis: Project based education, its realization and influence on pupil's learning at the Department of teaching and didactics of biology.
She has experience in school practice, where she has taught biology and geography at grammar school and elementary school as part of pedagogical practice.
