Kenichi Takahashi received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in Information Engineering from Nagoya Institute of Technology, Nagoya, Japan. He received Doctor of Engineering from Nagoya University, Nagoya, Japan. Since 1994, he has been a professor of Hiroshima City University.
